International Booker Prize 2021: the shortlist
We’re very happy to see that two authors published by Suhrkamp Verlag have made the shortlist for this year’s International Booker Prize:
Un verdor terrible by Benjamin Labatut was translated from Spanish and recently released by Adelphi under the title Quando abbiamo smesso di capire il mondo
Maria Stepanova’s poetry collection Nach dem Gedächtnis was translated from Russian and published by Bompiani, under the title Memoria della memoria.
The winner will be announced on the 2nd of June.
